Recently, the Hanoi People’s Procuracy has completed the indictment to prosecute three former police officers of Dien Bien ward, Ba Dinh district for the crime of Abusing position and power to appropriate property. They are Senior Lieutenant Chu Hai Nam, Captain Tran Van Cong and Senior Lieutenant Ngo Viet Duc.
