On December 18, 2015, Deputy Minister Truong Minh Tuan signed the letter No. 235/BTTTT-QLDN to the Ministry of Public Security on the content of the price. On December 21, 2015, To Lam signed the letter No. 2889/BCA-A61, in which there were two contents about the purchase price and business efficiency.
That is, Mr. To Lam is involved with AVG about the decision to keep this sale confidential and valuation.
